Nikhil Jamdade is a technology professional with over five years of experience in the USA, including his previous role as a Technical Project and Engagement Manager in the Future of Automation Group at Siemens Corporation and as a Research Engineer developing AI/ML applications for in-vehicle systems at Ford Motor Company’s Research and Advanced Engineering. He holds Master’s degrees from both Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and the University of Pennsylvania USA. While at Stanford India Biodesign, Nikhil co-founded a medtech startup and commercialized a medical technology product. He has received multiple patents and accolades, including the Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Award. Nikhil is passionate about creating innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and improve quality of life.
Shubham Jamdade is a researcher with a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Data Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology USA. His research focuses on Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) for adsorption-based separation processes aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Shubham is also associated with a growing startup in the USA in the field of Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, where he enhances CO2 capture efficiency through process modeling and quantum chemistry calculations. Previously, he worked as a Global Planning Analyst at ExxonMobil, where he made significant contributions to strategic planning for the polyethylene business in North America
